Cheryl Cole will perform her debut solo single on Saturday night, but instead of singing live the judge will lip-synch.
The performance throws up some interesting questions about the ethics of miming. Cole's job on the X Factor is to judge other people's singing abilities, so why won't she sing live to prove hers?
But isn't there more to being a popstar than just being able to sing. Sure, it's a big part of it, but few can doubt Ms Cole does not have that indeterminable X Factor herself.
What do you think? Is it OK for Cheryl Cole to mime on the X Factor? Should lip-synching be banned?
she mimed like one line so fk up
MY name sake she definitely has not. Looks-she is pretty? Voice-sorry luv when you open that mouth and that HORRIBLE Geordie accent comes out 'Awwayyy man'-please go into hiding! Say NOTHING-No no no no no!!! or just smile. An answer to that question on whether it's ok for her to mime-YES for everything not to hear that accent-let alone understanding it..............Again just smile.
no sing live ugly one
Cheryl Cole has a weak voice and is not powerfull enough hence why she sings with others...not a true singer and we will be taken away from this point by her breasts and her legs ,Cheryl Cole is simply cashing in on the X factor show as it has been thought that anyone who will turn on such Tripe and pay Money to vote for miss fitt artistical numbnuts may even buy an album made by one of the judges...no it will not work as we are smarter than simon cowel thinks as he laughs to the bank......mmm or will it work ?...
Breasts sell music ...its a fact. the women or men are shop windows to sell the product to you ( the music) it is the nature of the music industry today that sex sells , this can be seen with cars and every other product that is sold today.
The only true proformers today are singer songwriters who proform live and write there own music and not some computer generated music or music from a music bank.
You the public buy the product...you take the choice yet trends are now towards large concerts as music sales plummet to the depths, due to the lack of originality...music may have hit the last buffers due to lack of originality hence the upsurge in 60s music and dame vera lynn...
Rock bands of old people still know today due to stage proformances etc..today it is a pretend world of bought music and concert fillers to make more cash from you than you could ever imagine
