Miley Cyrus was a one year old the last time Guns N' Roses released an album...
In the intervening 15 years reality TV has been invented, we've enjoyed both Brit Pop and the Brit Pop revival, and Wembley Stadium actually got built. Back then mobile phones were the size of shoeboxes and people called the internet "the information super highway".
All this time – in between the occasional riot and court action – Guns N' Roses singer Axl Rose has been recording the follow up to 1993's The Spaghetti Incident. It has taken so long that many have long-believed that Chinese Democracy was never going to be released or that it didn't exist at all.
Now, though, it's finally about to be released. It's available to listen to right now on Guns N' Roses' MySpace page. Tell us what you think. Was it worth the wait or is it an unlistenable monster that should have stayed unreleased?
Its not guns n roses it's just axl and some other guys who wish they were guns n roses. Axl is ripping off the fans who got him to where he is by winning the rights to the band name and releasing it as them. No Slash. No Izzi, No Duff. No Sorum. Just Axl, an ok guitarist w/ a stupid KFC bucket on his head and a couple of random guys to make up a rhythm section.
what a load of rubbish i feel robbed of £8.99 can i please have my money back
Hmmm... if their last gig at wembley is anything to go by, it will probably be a bag of e!!
This album grows on you after you've listened to it a few times,it has everything, orchestral fanfares, electronics, metallic tabernacle choirs & Axl Rose's rusty siren singing. I LOVE IT..,.
hope axl's back 4 good its been 2 long without his voice, i cant wait 4 the next one,axl dont let us wait as long.
