Most people can’t remember the words to their favourite songs, a recent survey has shown.
Bizarrely the survey also showed that 85 per cent of Germans knew the words to Elton John’s tribute to Princess Diana, Candle In The Wind, whereas only a third of Brits could sing along accurately.
Michael Jackson lyrics are also often forgotten, with only 23 per cent of people able to remember the words to the chorus of Thriller.
