The artwork for this year’s most anticipated album has been revealed.
Susan Boyle’s debut album I Dreamed A Dream (how could it be called anything else) is set to hit shelves and download stores on 23rd November, but here’s the cover with Susan looking relaxed, smiley and completely non-airbrushed.The shot for the cover was taken from a photoshoot with US magazine Harper’s Bazaar.
Susan was over the moon to feature in the prestigious magazine, saying: “It made me feel like a Hollywood actress. Had my hair done up.”
Susan’s natural look was first given the thumbs up by Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden back in April. She said: “She needs to stay exactly as she is because that’s the reason we love her. She just looks like anybody who could live on your street.
The album has already topped Amazon’s bestsellers list, with tens of thousands of copies sold as pre-orders.
The tracklisting for the album is:
Wild Horses
I Dreamed A Dream
Cry Me A River
How Great Thou Art
You’ll See
Daydream Believer
Up To The Mountain
Amazing Grace
Who I Was Born To Be
Proud
The End of The World
Silent Night
Was Susan right to keep the natural look? Are you looking forward to the album? Let us know.
Good luck to you her. I have watched a video of her singing about 20 years ago and her voice was amazing. She was denied a chance at pop stardom because she is not a conventional beauty.
